At the 33rd annual Governor’s Hurricane Conference being held this week in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County Emergency Management Director Bill Johnson says that “people get bombarded with it (tropical cyclones) and they don’t want to deal with it.” He then states how he thinks it “can impact our overall readiness.”
