Milton Grey is a Business Development/Litigation Attorney at the Insurance Litigation Group, P.A. He practices first-party property insurance litigation, focused on helping homeowners, business owners, contractors, restoration & mitigation professionals, and the auto windshield industry, in their disputes against the insurance companies. Milton assists the litigation team by drafting extensive pleadings and motions in support of our client’s claims, helping to facilitate the financial recovery our clients deserve.
Prior to joining Insurance Litigation Group, P.A., Mr. Grey worked as an eDiscovery review specialist, providing discovery preparation, and privileged review analysis for complex civil litigation.
Milton Grey is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida. He earned his J.D. at the Florida International University College of Law. He earned his B.A. from the University of Miami, where he majored in both Political Science and Music. He is a member of the Entertainment, Arts, & Sports section, and Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
