Faith D. Everett is a Litigation Attorney at Insurance Litigation Group, P.A. Ms. Everett concentrates her practice on the auto windshield industry, in their disputes against the insurance companies & on first-party insurance litigation, helping homeowners, architects, business owners, contractors, restoration & mitigation professionals, with their insurance disputes. She has secured millions of dollars in coverage through strategic negotiations, litigation, and mediations.

Ms. Everett is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and North Carolina as well as in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Before joining Insurance Litigation Group, P.A., Ms. Everett worked as an Associate Attorney at a high-volume Plaintiff’s law firm where she provided legal representation for mortgage lenders and servicers in foreclosure actions. During her practice in North Carolina, she gained experience in criminal defense litigation working as a Public Defender and for a boutique law firm.
